Training Introduction: Enabling Enterprises to Complete Agenetic Transformation: Using the method of "understanding business, understanding people, and understanding the core technology of enterprises", helping enterprises establish AI cognition and implementation capabilities in real business, and completing the transition from "using tools" to "Agenetic Transformation".

What we do
We don't teach companies how to use an AI tool, but rather help them complete a role upgrade - transforming AI from software that passively responds to instructions to a digital workforce that can actively understand business and continuously advance work. This is what we define as Agenetic Transformation: embedding AI into the real processes of an enterprise, enabling it to autonomously decompose tasks, call capabilities, and iterate execution like a knowledgeable colleague, rather than staying at the level of "Q&A" or "one-time delivery".
The goal of training is to enable enterprises to both "understand" and "use" AI technology: to establish a systematic understanding of AI technology, and to integrate this understanding into the matching of business logic, application scenarios, and technical capabilities.

Core concept: Three understandings
Our approach is based on three mutually supportive 'understandings':
●  Understanding business: Starting from business logic, value chain, and return on investment (ROI), answer "what business problems can AI solve" first, rather than "what can AI do"; make technology investment measurable by business language;
●  Understanding people: Pay attention to the real people in the organization - the decisions of managers, the habits of frontline employees, how human-machine collaboration and division of labor; The bottleneck of technology implementation often lies in "people" rather than "models", so training places the acceptance and role reshaping of people at the center;
●  Understanding the core technology of enterprises: refers to the complete set of core methods that translate the knowledge, processes, data, and constraints of the enterprise into AI operational capabilities - from knowledge accumulation, process modeling to system integration, allowing AI to truly grow in the body of the enterprise.
The combination of the three determines whether AI can "enter the business, stay, and grow up".

training system
Progressing around the four levels of "cognition scene technology governance":
●  Cognitive layer (for managers): Business logic, strategic choices, and investment risks of AI and Agenetic Transformation;
●  Scenario layer (targeting business backbones): Decompose AI application scenarios that can be implemented from real business pain points;
●  Technical layer (for technical teams): Match application scenarios to models, data, and engineering capabilities to complete technical implementation;
●  Governance layer (for all employees): XAI, data security, compliance, and AI ethics, establish a barrier for sustainable use.

value proposition
In line with the company's "companion runner" philosophy: AI training is not a one-time course that can be completed immediately, but a full cycle companion - we accompany enterprises to establish cognition, teams to break down scenarios, technologies to complete matching, and continue to accompany business evolution, allowing AI capabilities to truly sink into an integral part of the organization itself.

Conclusion
The ultimate goal of AI training is not for companies to have "heard of AI", but for companies to have "AI" - using the three "understandings" as keys and XAI as guardrails, allowing agents to actively and continuously create value in real business, and complete the Agentic Transformation that belongs to each enterprise.
